- Who are qualified
to avail of the TADM scheme? All practicing Arhatic Yogis from
around the world.
- How much do they
have to pay?
- A one-time
non-reimbursable donation (registration fee) of Five thousand US
dollars (US$5,000) per individual.
- An annual
membership fee of One Hundred US dollars (US$100), payable at the
beginning of every calendar year.
- What do they get?
- The
privilege to use the Ashram facilities and stay in the residential
area for twenty-one (21) days in a year for the duration of thirty
(30) years.
- The 21-day
privilege may be availed of in time slots of seven (7) continuous
days.
- The Members
will be entitled to priority over non-Member Arhatic Yogis for stay
at the Ashram.
- A Studio
Apartment Unit will be allotted for the designated time slot on a
preferential usage basis to the Member.
- Any charges to be
paid for during the stay at the Ashram?
- There will
be no charges for the use of the library.
- There will
be no usage charges for staying at the allotted Studio Apartment
Units during the designated time slots.
- However,
there shall be charges for the following items:
(1) Electricity and water consumption, at actual usage;
(2) Food and laundry expenses;
(3)
Fees or donations for courses, retreat, talks, and other activities
attended during the stay at the Ashram.
- Once I have
become a Member, how do I use the TADM Scheme?
- Only the
Member can book a Studio Apartment Unit for one fixed time slot
(consisting of 7 consecutive days).
(1) The
Member may book a Unit for more than one time slot depending
on the availability of Studio Apartment Units.
(2) A
Member’s privilege is valid only for booking the Unit for a maximum
of three time slots.
(3) A
Member who has used up the allotted three time slots, or who books
the Unit for more than the allotted three time slots, shall pay the
fifty per cent (50%) of the standard Ashram rates (for non-Members)
for the use of the Studio Apartment Unit, for those days in excess
of the allotted time slots.
(4) The
standard Ashram rate is US$100 per day per individual.
- In the event
two or more Members decide to share the same Unit at the same time,
the time slot allotted will be debited only to the Member who makes
the booking.
- Only the
Member may make personal use of the allotted Unit. However, the
Member may share the Unit with other Members, or other non-Member
practicing Arhatic Yogis. Payments by the non-Member Arhatic Yogis
for the use of the Unit are optional, subject to the discretion of
the hosting Member.
- Bookings
shall be on a first come first served basis, and shall be made at
least one month ahead of the requested time slot. No bookings shall
be allowed for time slots more than one year (12 months) in advance.
- In the event
of overbooking by Members for the TADM units, allotment shall be
made by a draw of lots.
(1) The
Member who fails to get a booking may opt for another time slot.
(2) Or
if the Member insists on the same time slot, then Members who
have been allotted Units may be requested to share their unit.
(3) If all Studio Apartment Units are full, Members who fail to
get bookings will have to stay outside the Ashram at their expense.
3-5 star hotels are available in the metropolitan city of Pune, less
than two-hours drive from the Ashram.
- During GMCKS
Events (Retreats, Higher Courses, other special events):
(1) All
TADM designated Studio Apartment Units shall be allotted on a four-person-sharing
basis, subject to the availability of Units, and with preference
given to Members who book the earliest.
(2) Residential
fees for the use of the Unit during GMCKS Events shall be charged
separately. These charges may be changed by the Ashram committee
from time to time, depending on the nature of the GMCKS Event (for
example; the daily charge during an Arhatic Yoga Retreat would be
different from that of a Clairvoyance Course).
- Arhatic
Yogis will be required to abide by the Rules & Regulations of
the Ashram.
(1) Any
violation of the Ashram rules shall be grounds for loss of
Membership privileges.
(2) Any
other conduct detrimental to the reputation of the Guru, or that
of the Ashram, the organizations supporting the Ashram, and the
personnel working for the Ashram shall also be grounds for loss of
Membership.
