Playing with Prana Workshop for Children The program of the first workshop is the following: The meaning of Prana, and how to understand it through different practices and experiments using their own activated sensibility, by showing them what happens when they swear one another or when they quarrel among themselves. We also teach them how to protect themselves from anger and other aggressive energies. A "special ruler" within an "energetic scale" was created in order to measure the various possibilities of their own choices. Its an accurate device that allows them to detect how good or bad their choices can be. ( i. e picking up toys, books, movies, etc.… ) Children are taught a few healing processes they can use with pets, plants and in their own small wounds. The whole lesson is comprised in an "Around the World" game , based on the Playing with Prana book. The goal of the game is to arrive on the center of the game, all together to Bless the Earth. This is a special way to share with the children the Wonderful World of Energy.
